All appointments must be booked online. All cancellations must be done online and made 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment or deposit paid (which goes towards service) will not be refunded. If the appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours the deposit paid will be automatically refunded within 3-5 days business days.
